Although a Grey Elf, Elénar has never been to the Islands of Gelmar, the ancestral home of the Grey Elves. She was born and

 has dwelt in Celwynvian nearly all her life. She reveres all the gods of nature. Although Elénar reveres Selene, she does not get spells or abilities from Selene. The only druids who gain druid levels, spells, and abilities from Selene are the Grey Elves of Gelmar. All spells and abilities for Elénar are gained from Finduilen and Mielikki. 

Elénar is a member of the Druids of the Whitehorn Mountain Circle and is now a Hierophant druid. As an Initiate of the Cabal, she apprenticed herself to the Hierophant Pheszeltan. Her Initiate ring is of mithral and set with a large clear stone called Adamant, similar to diamond.

Elénar is the daughter of Elenwën and Bregan, and is the granddaughter of Elenwë, a member of the Cabal of Heirophants. Elénar is a distant cousin of Elenye Tyrea through the Houses of the Grey Elves.  Elénar was once an Initiate under the Hierophants of the Cabal along with Ithryn Emrais. She was considered, along with Ithryn, to be the most gifted of the Initiates in intellect, wisdom, and beauty, and she was second in power of the Initiates, greater than all others save Ithryn alone.

Her mentor Hierophant was Pheszeltan, and she was ranked second of the Initiates just behind Ithryn, because Ithryn's Hierophant mentor was Shadowmoon who ranked above Pheszeltan. Ithryn and Elénar were close friends during their time as Initiates and learned much from each other. During their time as Initiates, Elenar was always the greater of the two in intellect and cunning, whereas Ithryn was the greater of the two in strength and wisdom, but in intellect he was almost as great as Elenar.

It is not based on or reflective of the Initiate's talent or raw power, however, the higher ranked Hierophants typically take on the most talented students. Other factors that may play a role in which Initiate a Hierophant takes can be social status, such as nobility titles, royalty, wealth, and inherent talent and power of the Initiate.) 

Features
Elénar is tall, standing 6'0", her hair is dark with silvery-white streaks, her complexion fair, and her eyes are a deep blue. She is remarkably beautiful. (App 22)

As a druid in the wintry Whitehorn mountains of Aered Bruien, Elénar tends to wear grey and white robes vs the traditional green and brown of the more common forest druids. She has enchanted her Initiate Ring to protect against the elements which can be so harsh in the mountains, especially during the winter. (full ring stats listed below)

Elénar's Ring of the Initiates - of silver mithril and set with a large clear, adamant gemstone (similar to diamond). This is a powerful ring that she has enchanted to help her survive in the harsh cold climate of the Whitehorn Mountains. Her Ring is a Legendary Item and a Minor Artifact, and protects her from the intense cold of the northern mountains giving her 20 resistance to cold. She also had access to the spells of the Ice Domain and Fire Domains, up to her level, and can cast them using her own spell slots, or through legendary or mythic points, which eliminates the spell slot requirement and casts the mythic version of the spell if available. In addition, whenever she is within 5 feet of a source of flame at least as large as a campfire, she can draw the fire around her for 1 round as a swift action. Anyone striking her with a melee weapon or unarmed strike takes an amount of fire damage equal to 1/2 her Druid level + Mythic tier. Weapons with reach avoid this damage. The ring also gives her a +4 enhancement bonus to all stats, a +4 enhancement bonus to natural armor, and a +4 deflection bonus to AC. The legendary powers include mythic bond, legendary power, legendary surge, metamagician, and upgradeable. 
 

Her other items of note:
Robes of the Hierophant; white robes that keep the wearer comfortable when in climates from -40 to 150 degrees. They also allow the wearer to change the coloring of the robes to match the environment giving a +5 circumstance bonus to stealth and provides the benefits of a Ring of Freedom of Movement.
