Background

Elénar &nbsp;(female, Tel'Uinaen Grey Elf, Druid 16 / Hierophant 4) of Finduilen, Selene, Mielikki Born: SA 637Although a Grey Elf, Elénar has never been to the Islands of Gelmar, the ancestral home of the Grey Elves. She was born and<figure class="image image-style-side"><img src="https://aeriador.com/static/images/Elenar.webp"></figure>&nbsp;has dwelt in Celwynvian nearly all her life. She reveres all the gods of nature. She is a member of the Druids of the Whitehorn Mountain Circle and is now a Hierophant druid. As an Initiate of the Cabal, she apprenticed herself to the Hierophant Pheszeltan. Her Initiate ring is of mithral and set with a large clear white sapphire.Elénar is the daughter of Elenwën and Bregan, and is the granddaughter of Elenwë, a member of the Cabal of Heirophants. Elénar is a distant cousin of Elenye Tyrea through the Houses of the Grey Elves.&nbsp; Elénar was once an Initiate under the Hierophants of the Cabal along with Ithryn Emrais. She was considered, along with Ithryn, to be the most gifted of the Initiates in intellect, wisdom, and beauty, and she was second in power of the Initiates, greater than all others save Ithryn alone. Her mentor Hierophant was Pheszeltan, and she was ranked second of the Initiates just behind Ithryn, because Ithryn's Hierophant mentor was Shadowmoon. Ithryn and Elénar were close friends during their time as Initiates and learned much from each other. During their time as Initiates, Elenar was always the greater of the two intellectually and in wisdom, whereas Ithryn was the greater of the two in physical strength, but his wisdom and intellect were almost as great as Elenar.(Initiate Rank is based on initiate position and mentor rank, not on talent or raw power, often, if applicable, Initiate rank is based on social status, such as with noble titles and rank, royalty, wealth, etc). Features Elénar is tall, standing 6'2", her hair is dark with silvery-white streaks, her complexion fair, and her eyes are a deep blue. She is remarkably beautiful. (App 20)As a druid in the wintry Whitehorn mountains of Aered Bruien,&nbsp;Elénar tends to wear grey and white robes vs the traditional green and brown of the more common forest druids. She has enchanted her Initiate Ring to protect against the elements which can be so harsh in the mountains, especially during the winter. (full ring stats listed below) &nbsp;Lineage<figure class="image"><img src="https://aeriador.com/static/images/elenar-lineage.webp"><figcaption>Lineage of Elenar</figcaption></figure> Stats Druid 16 / Hierophant 4 AL: TN Str 14, Dex 18, Con 15, Int 25, Wis 25, Cha 24, App 20 Stats include effects from her Ring and bonuses for aging &nbsp;Elénar's Ring of the Initiates - of silver mithril and set with a large clear, adamant gemstone (similar to diamond). This is a powerful ring that she has enchanted to help her survive in the harsh cold climate of the Whitehorn Mountains. Her Ring is a Legendary Item and a Minor Artifact, and protects her from the intense cold of the northern moutains giving her 20 resistance to cold. She also had access to the Ice Domain (subdomain of water) In addition, whenever she is within 5 feet of a source of flame at least as large as a campfire, she can draw the fire around her for 1 round as a swift action. Anyone striking her with a melee weapon or unarmed strike takes an amount of fire damage equal to 1/2 her Druid level + Mythic tier. Weapons with reach avoid this damage. She also has access to all the spells of the Fire Domain, up to her level, and can cast them using her own spell slots, or through legendary or mythic points, which eliminates the spell slot requirement and casts the mythic version of the spell if available. The ring also gives her a +4 enhancement bonus all stats, and a +4 deflection bonus to AC. The legendary powers include mythic bond, legendary power, legendary surge, metamagician, and upgradeable.&nbsp; &nbsp;Her other items of note: Robes of the Hierophant; white robes that keep the wearer comfortable when in climates from -40 to 150 degrees. They also allow the wearer to change the coloring of the robes to match the environment giving a +5 circumstance bonus to stealth. The robes provide an armor bonus as Bracers of Armor +8 and the benefits of a Ring of Freedom of Movement. Ring of Featherfall Staff of Frost
