Shadow Enclave

The Shadow Enclave is the druidic order of shadow that works behind the scenes for the balance through a far more barbaric and evil methodology. No member of the Shadow Enclave is known to any other member for secrecy and protection of each member. 

Each member of the enclave is also a formal member of another druidic organization such as the Druids of Duir or the Elder Enclave. These druids, who might also hold positions of authority in their respective organizations, feel that, for whatever reasons, the druids who use less barbaric methods are ineffective in protecting the natural balance. So the Shadow Druids were formed to be the raw, powerful, unforgiving force nature that drives out civilization and anything that could upset the balance. The Shadow Enclave and the Shadow Druids use evil methods to maintain the balance. Fear is their mantra. Murder is not above them. Torture is not above them. The ranks of the shadow druids is full of psychopathic druids itching to destroy anything that encroaches on their territory. 

The Shadow Enclave has been on the decline since about SA 1000. As of SA 1611, there is currently no leader for the Shadow Druids and only a few druids call themselves members, the most powerful of these is a druid who simply calls herself, The Shadow, and is rumored to have at her command many giant spiders.
