The Shadow, Druid of the Dark Forest, Rogue 4 / Druid 13

The Shadow is a mysterious figure. She is rumored to be a drow druid of the Dark Forest and friend to many giant spiders. Some say

 she is a spider in human form that preys on the victims who happen to wander near her home in the Dark Forest. 

Her favorite tactic to fight a trespasser is to place a globe of darkness centered on her and use her blind-fighting skills to chop away at her victims using her enchanted sickle, which on a critical hit silences her victims so they can't even hear their own screams as they die blind and silenced. If she feels the risk is to great or the opponent more than a match for her, she'll have her giant spiders move in first and soften them up before she takes the kill. 

She has a giant black widow, she simply calls Widow, as her druid animal companion. Widow is a wicked and evil looking glossy black huge black widow spider standing 6 feet in height. Before combat The Shadow will cast magic fang and enlarge animal on her companion making Widow even more dangerous and intimidating looking as she grows to 12 feet in height.

Although The Shadow is an evil druid, she truly does love nature and desires to protect it. But she is drow and denying her past is beyond her capability. She has an infatuation with spiders, though she no longer worships the Spider Queen. She will kill any trespasser in her woods unless they are druids or accompanied by druids. She can be an unlooked-for-ally in the company of another druid, or a possibly painful end as your bodies are digested from the inside out waiting to be consumed by her army of giant spiders.

The Shadow wields an enchanted sickle that is especially good at silencing enemy spellcasters.

The Shadow is a member of the Shadow Enclave hidden within the Dark Forest.
