Pallando Rómestámo

Background
Pallando Rómestámo, Messenger of the Grey Council, Master of Dreams, Cleric of Selene (Cleric 16) Mythic Rank 4 / Hierophant
Pallando is a Cleric of Selene in the service of Finduilën and resides in the highlands of the West Wold, and he is the father of Morinehtar through his late wife, Arvairë. Morinehtar is a ranking and influential Shadoweir in the service of Mielikki. Pallando is a member of the Cabal of Hierophants, a group of powerful druids and clerics that act to maintain the balance in Aeriador. When the Hierophants have need to understand the actions of people and a need to move people to action, Pallando is sent on their behalf. Pallando has few equals in determining a persons true motives. He is also a capable rider and has ridden far and wide across the northern

kingdoms of Aeriador. His travels usually take him to some far off place to give some message or advice to a king or ruler, or to relay information to the great druids of Annun and Sonnun. Pallando is likely the most traveled person of the Northern Kingdoms having visited nearly every major city, druid grove, small town, forest and glade. He is certainly the busiest of the Hierophants. Pallando is respected among the bardic, druidic and ranger communities as well as the priests and priestesses of Selene and is dispatched on all but the most important of missions for Finduilën, the latter of which Finduilën himself will either accompany Pallando or accomplish the mission alone. Pallando was also a rare friend to Faerynn while he was alive, and had helped him to protect the Greenwood forest on numerous occasions throughout the years.
Pallando makes his home in the West Wold of Arnor and is the care-taker of the largest stone henge in Aeriador called the Moon Henge. It was erected by the druids of West Wold and the Greenwood in honor of Selene, goddess of the moon. The Moon Henge is also a site of pilgrimage for the elves and druids of Gelmar who highly respect and revere the Goddess Selene.
As a high priest of Selene, Pallando is a long time friend of the Grey Elves of Gelmar, and often mentors their Great Druidess. Pallando's now-deceased wife, Arvairë, was once the Great Druidess of Gelmar and the Chosen of Selene, and their son is Morinehtar.
Note: Only females are allowed in the priesthood of Selene, which are exclusively druids. Pallando, originally a follower of Finduilen, is the only exception to that rule having taken the mantle of High Priest of Selene after his wife died. Selene honors his worship and has gifted him with the Soul Staff, see below.
Pallando is a master of dreams and souls, and one of the most empathic people of Aeriador. He is also a capable marksman with the longbow and he carries his legendary staff, the Soul Staff. The Soul Staff is also Pallando's divine focus being both his staff and holy symbol with a large Moon Opal nestled in the top.
Appearance
Pallando is a Danemar of the House of Marach, the noble house that continues the priestly lines of the Danemar. As a Danemar, Pallando is tall, standing 6'6". He is immortal through his mythic tiers but has aged physically to appear as an older man with salt and peppered dark grey hair and beard. Although he appears to be aged, he has a powerful and tireless stride and travels far and wide aiding the free folk of Annun where he can. Pallando wears simple blue-gray robes with a supple, mithral chain shirt hidden beneath. He walks with his yew wood staff set with a large egg shaped opal at the top, the legendary staff known as the Soul Staff.
