Chief among the Celestials are the Daughters of Aeriador, the four eldest children of the gods, and the other children of the gods. These are Miriel, daughter of Finduilen and Selene; Aeredhel, daughter of Faeryl and the elven high king Arothir; Melina, daughter of Zemira and Celeborn; and Aerena, thougth not Celestial, is the daughter of Aerendyl and Amara. As all of the Gods and Celestials do as per the decree of Aerendyl and Zemira, Melina takes the appearance of an elf. Melina appears as a beautiful gold elf with white angelic wings. Melina embodies ethereal beauty, and her presence commands attention, drawing others to her with an irresistible charm. 

of above average height, is harmoniously balanced with supple curves and lithe contours and has flowing platinum tresses that seem to possess a subtle luminescence, radiating a soft otherworldly glow. Her vivid blue eyes sparkle with wisdom and curiosity yet also are steadfast in their resolve, an unyielding dedication to her sacred creed.

The first child of Zemira and Celeborn and born deep in the Primordial Age, Melina is the Celestial High Princess of her family. 

Her early childhood was in Aeriador, and when she and her sister were 5, and Iraborn was 2, Zemira and Celeborn brought them to Evermeet to be among other peoples, and to learn from the great masters of the elves. They did this because it would be another 100 thousand years before elves and men were brought to Aeriador by Aerendyl and the others, and they wanted their children to grow among other elves, and learn the customs, culture, and wisdom of the great leaders and masters of their art and craft.  As soon as Aeriador developed a population of elves and men, and other notable races such as hobbits and dwarves, Celeborn and Zemira brought their children back. Although this took eons in Aeriador time, only about 10 years had passed in Faerun due to the time nesting of planes that Aerendyl constructed.

Amidst the embrace of their kith and kin, Melina, Mira and Iraborn flourished, embraced by the tranquility and solace that befell them. It was a time of peace and rest for the family.

When Melina and Mira reached the age of 16, Zemira and Celeborn returned to Aeriador with their children. Guided by Zemira, the children began to tread the path of enlightenment, while Celeborn, a paragon of martial prowess, honed their combative skills.

Melina displayed an innate affinity for the divine arts and was devout in her pursuits of knowledge, unwavering in her allegiance to the sacred tenets of the Church of Zemira. Yet, within the depths of her fervent heart, emotions surge like tempestuous tides, often guiding her down paths of impulsiveness.

Her dearth of foresight has an unfortunate tendency to ensnare her within vexing circumstances. Thankfully her sister comes to her rescue time and again.

When questioned, she staunchly maintains that her actions were, without a doubt, honorable and righteous, ever convinced of her own righteousness.

As fate would have it, she found a dear friend and playmate in Aerena Nightstar, a companion akin to the bond of kinship. Though not of blood relation, their connection ran deep, nurtured through countless hours of shared adventures. Through the erratic fluctuations of time's course across distant worlds, they encountered peculiar age disparities. Yet, within the familial circle, understanding prevailed, and the enigmatic synchrony of their existence mattered not.

Melina is the Celestial High Princess, the first born child of Celeborn and Zemira, and in this position she shares in being the Heirs of Aeriador with the other High Princesses of the children of the Six, Aerena, Miriel, and Aeredhel, also known as the Daughters of Aeriador. These four women of wisdom and power share a strong bond. They will inherit the Kingdom of Aeriador, in time, from their parents, the Creators of Aeriador. As declared by Aerendyl, only the first born children of the Six will inherit the position and rank of their parents. Though the other children are not left out, they will inherit lesser roles of importance, and will be revered and honored as Children of the Creators.

Melina also holds many other titles, including being a Knight of the Grand Light in the Order of the Rose, the highest position afforded a Knight of Zemira.
