Elerorn

Elerorn is the first-born of Aerena and Iraborn, and from the hour of his coming it was held by many that his fate was set apart from that of his kin. He dwelt in Dol Amroth, the radiant city of the West, where art and sorcery are woven together, and where diplomacy and power move with quiet grace. There the streets are never silent, for music and learned discourse pass from hall to hall, and both beauty and thought are held in equal reverence.

His mother, Aerena, Empress of Dol Amroth, is counted among the greatest of the elven magi of her age, her will keen and her knowledge deep as the elder tides. His father, Iraborn, is likewise a master of the arcane, whose wisdom and subtle strength are known far beyond the bounds of the city. From such a union Elerorn was born, the first of four children, and in him their lineage found its clearest promise.

From his youth it was plain that he was shaped to rule. Fair of form and keen of mind, he bore his gifts with an ease that did not harden into pride. He is reserved in manner, observant and measured in speech, yet possessed of a quiet charm and a dry, discerning wit that often reveals more than he intends. Few words are wasted by him, and fewer still are spoken without purpose.

Though he is Prince of Dol Amroth, he does not stand aloof from its people. He understands that a realm is strengthened not by indulgence alone, but by careful tending, and so he gives his care where it may best endure. Compassion guides him, yet he is not lavish with himself, for he knows that even goodwill must be husbanded.

To his home and his blood he is fiercely bound. His siblings are both his joy and his peril, for in them lies the one flame that may undo his patience. Against any threat to his family, diplomacy falters and restraint falls away, and the full weight of his will is brought to bear.

Elerorn has been shaped from birth for the governance of an empire, taught the arts of rule, of war, and of counsel. Whether he shall become a just lord and steadfast protector, or whether his strength shall bend toward a darker and more perilous mastery, remains yet unwritten, and is held in the keeping of years to come.
